Some work place may be lively than other. Some is so good you'd die to work with'em. I just have a chance to go visit the KTC bank HQ, it was said to be most lively working place ever in Thailand.
Waiting room for employee use, they'd wait here before going into the conference.
The conference room

Since KTC is a paperless organization, all employee work on their notebook and it don't fix the work station. Anyone come in, he/she can book their working desk from main monitor.
You may check the desk with your collegue of the day e.g. today you'd work with accounting then you'd book the desk near the accountant.
Inside the working area
Incomer would find a hard time to notice "who's the boss". Well, it's KTC way, if you work their you'd know who you work with right?
How about some relax?
Play some Pool or a match of table tennis?
Or may be you need some beverage.
They work 40 hr/week max, they even have happy hour on friday where all'em go out for movie. Since KTC work on performance base, lesser OT mean higher evaluation point. Still, there are some rule though. Never come to work with shirt/neck tie/uniform or you'll be a laught stock.
